Information about the OS complaint platform
The European Commission has set up a platform (hereinafter OS platform) that is intended to enable independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair extrajudicial online settlement of disputes between consumers and businesses. We are required by law to publish a link to the OS platform on our website and to provide our e-mail address.
